The Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan was conveniently located, with a helpful concierge and accommodating staff. The room was comfortable, and the corner view of Times Square was fantastic. However, the lack of a refrigerator was a drawback. Despite the room being hot at times and some noisy neighbors, the overall stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location with easy access to metro station and airport, grocery store nearby, and popular attractions within walking distance. Spacious and clean room with a breathtaking view of the Hudson river. Staff went above and beyond, providing a free late check-out and excellent service. On-site bar/lounge and restaurant were convenient, and the front desk staff were always available and helpful. The ongoing construction at the front entrance was a minor inconvenience but did not detract from our stay.

The breakfasts here were gorgeous and marvelous. This hotel was located in a central area just off all major sightseeing locations like the Statue of Liberty, Battery Park, Ellis Island, Empire State Building, even the Garment District, and Times Square.- It was relatively close to Rockefeller Center.

The artisan bread at the restaurant was a culinary masterpiece! the excellent service and central location made every moment feel like the heart of the Big Apple.

The only thing is the subtle rumble of the subway under the hotel on the 32nd floor. But hey, it's just part of the city's rhythm, and it wouldn't stop us from coming back for more.

I found a great deal on a room with 2 double beds, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive around the clock, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby on 9th Ave.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan, and I must say the location was ideal. With LaGuardia Airport just 15 km away, the convenience of getting to and from the hotel was unbeatable. the hotel's tranquil rooms and extensive amenities provided a much-needed respite during my short stay.

The only minor downside was the faint rumble of the subway under the hotel, noticeable from my 32nd floor room. However, this was a negligible inconvenience considering the overall wonderful experience.

The rooms are well-appointed and of great quality, with a nice thematic design. The feather pillows and extremely comfy bed are a plus.- The hotel is located in a fantastic and efficient area, close to all the main attractions.- Convenient parking available and there are awesome restaurants nearby.- Walking distance to The Museum of Modern Art.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and fabulous. The receptionist was exceptionally kind. The location is marvelous and brilliant, near Theater District, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center, yet quiet.

As a businessman attending a convention, I appreciated the dedicated Crowne Meeting Directors and banquets team who ensured the success of our event. The luxury amenities such as expert concierge, fine dining, a full-service fitness area, and self-service business centers were enjoyable and convenient during my stay.

I missed having a dedicated coworking space available for business meetings and work sessions.

The location here is top-notch, perfect for strolling along Broadway Road. 🚶 The breakfast is fantastic, offering a yummy variety of food with a great view of Times Square.

Liked it from the moment we entered, 100% recommend this place. The total stay was relaxing for 9 nights for a family trip.- The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious for what was on offer.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly. The Continental breakfast offers a lot of delicious options. The location is fantastic, being close to Broadway theaters, Times Square, the Business Center, and many other Manhattan attractions.

the hotel is spotless, and the location is unbeatable - right on times square. the staff are super helpful, and the car service made getting around a breeze. oh, and the included breakfast is a real treat.
